The ‘preview pane’ is not displaying a document

Due to errors and other “quirks” in some PDF documents, the preview pane may fail to display a document, showing a blank screen instead. If this happens, please try the following steps:

  1. In the discovery project. Go to the Settings tab.
  2. Click on Display options.
  3. Scroll down to PDF viewing.
  4. Untick the “use custom PDF viewer” option and save.
  5. Try re-viewing the document (you will need to refresh the page).
