Due to errors and other “quirks” in some PDF documents, the preview pane may fail to display a document, showing a blank screen instead. If this happens, please try the following steps:
- In the discovery project. Go to the Settings tab.
- Click on Display options.
- Scroll down to PDF viewing.
- Untick the “use custom PDF viewer” option and save.
- Try re-viewing the document (you will need to refresh the page).
