Hyperlinking signed witness briefs – Rule 9.7(4)

In 2020, the Courts revised High Court Rule 9.7(4), so signed versions of evidence are no longer required in a casebook. Specifically, HCR 9.7(4)(a), which mandated signed briefs of evidence, was revoked during the Covid lockdowns by the High Court (COVID-19 Preparedness) Amendment Rules 2020.
