If the preview pane displays within your discovery projects, but doesn’t display within the casebook tool, this may be caused by a browser issue within Chrome. Try navigating through the settings below and ensure your system is set to Open pdf’s in chrome.
- Open Google Chrome.
- Click on the three dots at the top right.
- Click on Settings (near the bottom).
- Where it says Search settings, type PDF.
- Under Privacy and security, click Site settings.
- Scroll down to Additional content settings and expand that.
- Click on PDF documents. The default behaviour should be set to Open PDFs in Chrome.
Close that down and navigate to the casebook tool. You should now be able to see previews of PDF documents within the casebook tool.
