Unfortunately the technical problem in our IT supplier’s hosting environment which occurred earlier this week has returned. In order to resolve this as effectively and safely as possible, we have on advice suspended the LawFlow service while the necessary work is carried out.
Based on current progress, our IT supplier estimates restoration of the system on Monday 14 December 2020.
We sincerely apologise for this outage. It is our first major outage in 8 years. We pride ourselves on minimising any downtime, and do a lot of work in the small hours and weekends to achieve this. We are working with all urgency to restore the service as soon as possible.
